Is there something you’ve been wanting to do but keep putting it off because it includes getting out of your comfort zone in order to do it. Well just do it.

It could be little tasks or big tasks that might include getting out of your comfort zone, and you just need to give it a try.

For example the little tasks might be booking appointments on your own, even when you much rather sit at home and watch your favourite movie.

Or it could be bigger tasks like creating your own business or YouTube channel. Whatever it may be, you won’t get to the place you want to be if you keep postponing it day after day.

Inspirational thought to think today.

Hey Bloggers, how is everyone? In Australia it’s super hot, 40 degrees celsius.

But I thought I’d share with you an inspirational thought I try think about daily.

The thought is: If you truely want it you will find away to achieve it.

So many times I think to myself, I would like to eat healthy but I’m in a hurry and I choose to have something to eat that’s quick and unhealthy. Or I would like to exercise at home in the mornings but there are people I live with that a morning people and i don’t want them to see me working out. Or I want to start a new hobby or a new business but I’m scared what people are going the think, and I don’t want people to drag me down.

But if you want something so bad! You will stop making excuses and you will find a away, even if that means working super hard or starting a side hustle so you can earn enough money to purchase something you’ve been wanting for a long time. And stop thinking what other people are going to think of you, because if they have the time of the day to drag you down, well they need to do something with there own lives, because that negativity just shows what time of person that they really are, and you shouldn’t let it get you down.

Start now, on working hard to achieve those dreams that you’ve been procrastinating for the last months or years. Because you only get one shot to live your life so do what makes you happy!

How to stop stressing and worrying about the future.

Hey Bloggers,

Today I thought I would share with you something that I have recently learnt and still learning on how to stop worrying about something in the future.

So this blog is all about changing your mindset a little bit so you are not living with a negative mindset.

So there might be something your not looking forward to tomorrow or in a couple of days or next week and your constantly thinking negative about it, thinking that your not looking forward to this thing happening or you just can’t wait for that day to be over and yet the day still hasn’t come, and your already thinking negative that the day tomorrow is going to be awful. When in reality it doesn’t have to be that bad, it’s what you make it out to be. If your already going into a day with negative attitude well then your going to have a negative day. Because chances are, the day that you where dreading wasn’t even that bad at all. Unless you made it terrible with your negative mindset.

So basically what I’m saying is to try to start your day with a positive mindset, and try not let the little things bother you, and trust me you will already feel like your day is just a little bit better by going into a day with a positive attitude. And stop stressing about the future because the future most likely won’t even be that bad.

How To Be Happy

Today I thought I’d share with you my 5 Top tips on what helps me be happy.

Tip 1# changing your mindset: changing your mindset is a great way to become more happy because it could be looking at bad situations in a different point of view. For example if you just got fired from your job instead of saying “why me, I’m not good enough” and being really upset about it. You could change your mindset and think, everything happens for a reason, this is going to be a new journey and great new starts for the future, and the universe must be telling me that it’s time for new opportunities. So basically trying to have more of a positive outlook rather than negative.

Tip 2# having a gratitude Journal:

If you write 3 things that you are grateful for everyday and really think about those things that you are grateful for it will help you appreciate more things in life, and this will also make you see more of a positive outlook in life.

So it could be I’m grateful for my job for providing me income. Or I’m grateful that I have a house to live in. Or I’m grateful I have air conditioning or heating in my home. It could be absolutely anything that makes you grateful.

3# getting rid of toxic people in your life, and leaving negative energy.

If you have a negative friend that speaks to you all the time about negative things which bring you down, stop spending so much time with them, or even tell them, that your sorry but I just can’t handle anymore negativity. That way they will either realise how they are speaking towards you or they might get defensive and leave. And if they do that there probably not the right people to be spending your time with anyway.

4# do something everyday that makes you happy. Wether that’s watching a YouTube video while your having breakfast or just doing a hobby that brings you joy. Make time for it everyday, wether that’s early in the morning before work or in the afternoon after work. Just do something that makes you happy.

5# try and change your lifestyle a little. Wether that’s playing a new CD in your car on the way to work, or trying out a new recipe to cook for dinner. Stop repeating your day over and over exactly the same like a machine, you will end up getting bored and unhappy with your life. The small changes count!

How To Be More Happy 😊

There are days when we feel down, and feel like where getting no where. These are my top 5 tips to feel more Happy 😊

1# Write the things that get you down.

By writing down the things that get you down, you are then able to see them on a piece of paper and remove them from your head. Now focus on the things that make you happy and do something that you enjoy.

2# use that negative energy in a positive way.

For me those negative things I wrote down, I use that negative energy and I use it by cleaning the house. When I feel stressed and unhappy I used that energy and cleaned the kitchen and then I felt happy because I was satisfied that my kitchen was then clean. Another great idea to use that energy is by going for a run or working out, that way you feel satisfied and fit after doing that workout.

3# stay away from the things that bring you down.

Wether that’s toxic people or just anything that brings you down, stay away from it! Surround yourself in the things that make you happy, wether that’s reading your favourite book, or hanging out with a friend that makes you happy!

4# Write down the things you are thankful for being in your life.

For me I write down in my notebook all the things I’m thankful for, like clothes and a roof over my head and food and water to eat and drink. And really mean it and have gratitude. That way after writing it all down, it makes you feel happy and joyful and thankful for the life we are living in.

5# Try smiling.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but sometimes when I wake up a little grumpy or something happens to bring down my mood, I force a smile on my face, and 9 times out of 10 just forcing that smile on my face, automatically makes me feel more happier about life.
